The dental care you provide today will determine your dental health in the future. This is especially important with children. From the time that their first baby teeth come in until they reach their mid-teens, children are both vulnerable to a number of dental issues - and perfect candidates for very positive outcomes to corrective and preventative dental care.
If your family includes YOUNG CHILDREN, we recommend that their first dental exam should coincide with the time that all their baby teeth have come in, at about 2 years of age. For older kids, the ADA recommends that all children and adults visit their dentist 2 times a year for hygiene and an annual exam.
In both cases, early diagnosis can often resolve dental issues that may be problematic later on and will ensure that your child grows up with a great smile and healthy teeth for a lifetime.
