In 2011 we made many upgrades to our technology and equipment to remain at the state-of-the-art for our practice. We installed the latest digital X-Ray gear that provides a number of benefits to both our patients and the practice. Better imaging is accomplished with much lower dosages, the process is chemical free and considerably greener than traditional film X-Rays as well. From our perspective, the entire process is quicker and provides better viewing options, and the digital files are more readily archived and accessed via computer, rather than conventional filing and storage.
We also are now equipped with a new Intra-Oral camera system that provides advanced photo imaging for dignostic purposes, patient information and insurance documentation. This system is also integrated into our digital archive, making for more accessible and accurate patient records. |
